Where to meet Tech Artist

Hello all,

I am a recruiter for Striking Distance Studios and new the the gaming industry. I hope this is not a dumb questions but where do find Tech Artist? Other than here and LinkedIn is there a website or art sites that people post their work? Are there other communities similar to this site?

TAs tend to be pretty chatty, though not every location has enough people to support in-person gatherings. I’m aware of communities in Seattle, London, and LA but I’m sure there are other ones. It’s possible that you your local chapter of the IGDA might include a few TAs, enough to start a local meetup.
