Does scaling a light have any effect on the lights output ?
Yes you get softer shadow. Cause the lights get bigger.
And if you turn off normalize in the light the light gets brighter.
Normalize does decrease the intensity based on the scale.
Years ago we had to decrease the intensity by hand cause there was no normalize setting.
