Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement internal and external pipelines requiring multi-discipline collaboration
  • Collaborate with artists and engineers to design and create new art workflows and tools
  • Help mentor and develop Jr. team members
  • Help define budgets and audit game performance
  • Assist artists to ensure that assets are authored correctly
  • Support artists and troubleshoot pipeline issues as they arise
  • Serves as a technical resource for all phases of production and other studio art needs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in game development or feature film development
  • Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 or 5
  • Strong knowledge of 3D art production and current gen video game development processes and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Maya, Substance, Photoshop, and Houdini
  • Experience creating tools for artists
  • Highly proficient with Python
  • Intermediate knowledge C#, C++, or HLSL
  • Familiarity with game performance evaluation tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
