Updating geometry and skeleton in MoBu?

I have a characterized and animated figure in MotionBuilder. The base mesh
was skinned in 3ds Max.

Recently, slight changes were made to the geometry (topology massage) and
the skeleton was also tweaked (the bind orientation of certain bones were
altered).

What would be the simplest way to move these changes to MoBu?
