Overall Beginner Rig Question

Attached is a pic of my outliner, rig and mesh.
The character is biped and non cartoon. Standard movements, nothing crazy.
This is an FK only rig for now, controllers with parent constraints.
Hands and feet are not rigged yet. There is an unwanted transform node in the outliner,
that I can’t trash, yuk.
Question: What are some overall problems you can see right away with my rigging?

Having control groups as a child of Root_JNT is probably a bad idea.
Typically The deformation joints hierarchy is completely separated from the control shape hierarchy entirely, with parent constraints the only connection.
Also make sure the control curves don’t end up inside the mesh
