Do Nurbs primitives have LRAs ?
If so, how are they dsplayed in Maya 2022 ?

All transforms have a LRA to show

Yes, I am aware of that. But in Maya 2022 if you create a Nurbs circle
and do display> transform display>local rotation axes…I don’t see the
LRA displayed. ???

Make sure Handles is checked in your viewport settings
