Join the Character Technology team at Remedy Entertainment!

Our team is looking for a Senior Programmer and a Programmer to help unify our digital character creation workflows. We recently started unifying our character creation pipeline from scratch – this presents you a unique opportunity to join our team of talented and experienced programmers and artists. We leverage both internal and external libraries written in C++, Python and C# on daily basis in order to create algorithms and tools for the animators and rigging artists in our team. While our team has some impressive initiatives with different researchers, 90% of the work of this role is software engineering.

If you’re not familiar with Remedy Entertainment, in short; we are one of the leading independent game studios in the world, based in Espoo Finland. We are known for creating games such as Control, Alan Wake, Max Payne, Quantum Break and Death Rally. Currently, we are a diverse team of 260 Remedians, working on several exciting AAA projects.

If you have solid programming skills in C++ and Python, know your way around both Maya and MotionBuilder (experience with their APIs is necessary), are comfortable with mathematics and know what it takes to make your code clean and optimal, we would love to have a chat with you.
